Terms of Sale

Payment: Credit Card payment (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) and other forms of electronic payment are accepted

Minimum Order: $100USD. All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. 

Shipping Policy: FOB Shipping Point. Orders placed will be dropped shipped from manufacturer's warehouse.  Customer UPS or FedEx account number will be required at time of order.

Returns: See Refund Policy. 

Warranty: Manufacturers' products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Warranty policy is based on each manufacturers requirement.  Products for which a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) is requested must be sent to sales@grand-pacific.com. Grand Pacific will provide an RGA number once it's approved by the manufacturer, and the buyer will return the product at buyer's cost to the manufacturer's location for evaluation.

The warranty will not apply to products which have been misused, abused, damaged by accident or otherwise, repaired, or modified by anyone other than the manufacturers.
