Return Reminders:

• If you find any discrepancies with your order, such as incorrect quantities or parts, please contact our Customer Service department immediately at 562.903.9686 or by email at sales@grand-pacific.com.
• A maximum 20% restocking charge will be applied to products returned for any reason other than a manufacturer error or defect.
• Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is the eight-digit number provided to you when you initiate your return inquiry.
• RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
• Please include your RMA number on all returned packages and paperwork.
• Credit will be issued on the basis of inspections and acceptance.
